IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNUSED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH STORE CREDIT, MINUS SHIPPING & HANDLING & RESTOCKING FEES! Only 2 returns allowed monthly.

SALE ITEMS ARE ALSO NON RETURNABLE.

Undergarments (bras, shape wear, bodysuits, swimsuits etc) accessories, bath & body products, makeup, perfume ARE NON RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!  
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, stains of any sort, pet hair, smoke &/or perfume smell will not be accepted. **TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED NO EXCEPTIONS**
Discounts om SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.

ITEMS UNDER $20 ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 
Damages or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective we need to be notified within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 48 Hours of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit!
Rebel Marys Boutique is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address,lost or stolen. If the package is returned to Rebel Marys the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to have the package delivered to the correct address.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they ship. Before shipping, cancelled orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. You must contact the owner via phone to cancel an order.
